Very small room but clean....

Liked: Plus side - It was clean. Beds were comfortable.Good location.Down side - Very small room. No hot water throughput stay. 5 flights of stairs to our room

Awful room, facilities and handling...

Disliked: No warm and hot water in the bathroom (sink and shower), broken tv display, broken power plugs in the bathroom, loss of power in the room while plugging the hotel’s hair dryer into one of the functioning power sockets, a window without daylight.Due to those issues, we left this accommodation early (after two of the five booked nights) and booked a new hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel’s management was not cooperative when it comes to a refund. They claim, that since a non-refundable rate has been booked, we aren’t entitled to any sort of compensation. It’s clearly not our fault that this accommodation was not able to meet the minimum of comfort and security. Customer service is a word not known by this management, it seems. (Review will be edited, if a satisfying solution has been found.)

Liked: Great location, very comfortable bed. Hot water, good shower. Good air conditioning. Cable tv with many channels.
Disliked: The bedroom is very small. No chair, no view. No safe place to leave luggage at reception.
