Great Location Friendly Staff
Liked: Just a 5 min walk from Times Square very accessible to everything.
Disliked: Just not an elevator can be annoying if staying on 4th floor but I’m sure with all the exercise you do in New York it won’t matter haha.

Liked: Very good location
Disliked: We never got our own Key. Staff had to walk with us every time. The room is half (or even less) as big as information here. Far from 26m2. We had to pay extra per item for luggage storage. Wifi was not working first day.

Liked: I asked for first floor they put us on the 4th my mum is disabled and struggled with stairs they said they could do it and never when we arrived..They said they swap us next day and still never..Tbey should give half the money back

Recomend
Liked: What I liked the most about the room was, without a doubt, the location. It is very central, close to everything and anything else of interest, and just about 200 meters from Times Square. I also appreciated the fact that the room was quite spacious, and the reception staff were very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: What I didn’t like, without a doubt, was the soundproofing of the rooms. You could hear everything at all hours, mainly during the night. I also didn’t like the fact that there was no elevator to access the room floors. Lastly, there is a $2 fee per bag or piece of luggage you wish to store after checkout.
