Very pleasant stay in Leuven,...

Liked: Simple but modern and nice facilities - love the athmosphere, combining the beauty of the old Begijnhof buildings and the modern equipment. Breakfast is delicious and overall this hotel delivers very good value for its price!

Disappointing!!

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The staff is not welcoming, the information provided is misleading: breakfast is not included and they charge 22 euros per person, which is super expensive. Parking is not included either and they charge 15 euros per day. They also charge extra for the sauna, 25 euros per session. They say there is fitness but it's a super tiny space. The room is nothing special, amenities very medium, and it had a very strange smell.

Liked: The hotel is located beautifully near the Old Begijnhof, one of the city's highlights. All other sights and the city center are also a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained, with very comfortable beds. Great breakfast!
Disliked: The ventilation in the bathroom did not work well. With an open bathroom, the whole room steamed up when using the shower. Not an issue, but perhaps can be fixed.
