Good but open shower concept

Liked: Great location, close to historical place.Comfortable bed and nice looking roomHelpful staff
Disliked: The shower was open, so you couldn't have any privacy if there were two people in the room

Disappointing

Liked: The bedroom was warm, clean and comfortable
Disliked: The gym/fitness suite is almost pointless. The staff were also not very helpful when asked questions about local amenities and the surrounding area

Comfy stay in Leuven

Liked: 2ed-time stay after 6 years. The experience exceeds my last stay. The room is very clean and quiet facing the garden. Bed is large and comfortable. The staff is helpful and kind. Great location at the Naamsepoort with facilities at walking distance.
Disliked: The bathroom design is a little wired. No door or curtain for isolation and the water keeps spilled out.Would be helpful to provide free bottled water in the following days or at least having a vending machine.

Very nice hotel at excellent...

Liked: Excellent breakfast and friendly staff and good parking on-site. The hotel is situated next to Groot Begijnhof, a beautiful Unesco World Heritage site, which can be easily missed if you just visit the city center. But it is well worth a walk-through. From the hotel it is only a 15 min walk into the actual city center.

Cozy and comfortable with lovely...

Liked: The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved the Christmas decorations and the cozy feel of the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Leuven area, its spectacular!
