Good place to stay for...

Liked: Clean, tidy property which had great proximity to the Glasshouse Mountains and Australia zoo.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the smoking zone…would have been nicer if it was well away from the lodge and non-smokers.

I would definitely stay here...

Great facilities, unfriendly staff.

Liked: Great location so close to the Zoo. Room was clean with good wifi and aircon.
Disliked: We were advised when booking that we could arrive in the morning and leave our bags before visiting the Zoo, and would receive a discount voucher. We arrived at around 10am after a long drive and asked if my daughter could use the toilet. The person cleaning the rooms said “no she can’t, there is a service station up the road” and when I asked to leave our bags while we were at the Zoo, she was very rude as though this was a big inconvenience. We were also not offered the discount voucher. Later when we arrived back to check in the same person checked us in, still very abrupt and not welcoming. This was a shame since everything else about the stay was great.
