Liked: Commendations to Dione who personally walk me and my son through the places to explore and dine for the very short stay in Dunedin. The room was very clean and cozy. Amenities were all as expected with the bonus of roses blooming along the boutique premises. Would love to come back and stay longer and stay here again. Good job

Liked: Beechwood Boutique Accommodation are fabulous to holiday with. Everything is perfect, clean and comfortable and they have a laundry for your use as well. The hosts are so considerate and welcoming.It is close to the Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary which are a must see when you visit Dunedin, especially in October/November for full on flowers. The city shops are in walking distance approximately 10 minute easy walk or bus stop close by. Thankyou kindly for making my holiday so pleasant, I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Disliked: It was 10 out of 10 perfect.
