Good

Liked: Great location and good breakfast with very fresh food.
Disliked: The room was rather poor and in need of some renovation, especially the bathroom. And I found a hair in the bathtub

Great choice all around for...

Liked: Terrific single room. Very spacious, with a nice view of the garden; and bathroom facilities with a bathtub. The staff was very friendly, and the room was ready well before check in. Location is also incredible, right by Covent Garden, which is my favorite part of London.

You can't go wrong if...

Liked: You can't go wrong if you want a well positioned Hotel, at a reasonable cost with its own secure underground parking
Disliked: pretty much as expected
