Liked: We went on a midweek break for my boyfriend's birthday and I was impressed by the standard of the hotel. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and obliging. We booked a classic plus double which, although on the small side, was very well decorated. We asked if a bigger room was available and because it was my boyfriend's birthday we were upgraded to a superior one. They even provided a birthday balloon on the table at dinner which I thought was a very nice touch. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was very good. Highly recommended and I would certainly visit again.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, so were the evening meals, the staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean and bright and the dance floor was a bonus. The hotel is in a good area, close to the promenade, shops and transport links into Blackpool.
Disliked: The restaurant for our evening meal was a little bright for us, that's all!

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Staff pleasant and attentive.
Disliked: Disappointed that I had to eat outside the dining room. The music they played was not appropriate for the predominently older clientele.
