Liked: Very nice staff, nice room and complementary water, coffee and snacks. The area is nice and feels safe.
Disliked: The AirCon could have been a bit stronger, but it was okay.

Great location

Liked: Excellent location, spacious room and some small details that made us feel welcome - a guest notebook, coffee and tea pads, bottled water, two pre-packed croissants replenished daily and plenty of snacks available at all times for a quick grab - nothing fancy, minor investment, but all the more appreciated as they were offered for free and weren't advertised as "breakfast included" like many other B&B's in the area did. Staff very polite and helpful. Location was great - close to the Riviera, Spanish quarters, historical center, shopping streets, and the rich residential areas; not the most quiet street but not insanely noisy, the street itself and its surroundings felt very safe. Would definitely return there!
Disliked: The bathroom could use some small upgrades and attention to cleaning. We weren't bothered by the fact that it was an external private bathroom (we were perfectly aware when we booked our stay), but don't forget to bring your slippers!

Disappointing

Liked: Nice area, great staff, nice to have a balcony
Disliked: Wasn’t the most clean, and the bed was a bit old. Not that close to the old town.

Liked: The location is fantastic and the staff very cordial and friendly. The room was quite big and comfortable and clean.
Disliked: We liked almost everything. The only suggestion I have is to change the rusty faucet and bidet towel rack. Another improvement would be to put two towel racks near the sink, because if you're in two, you don't have enough space to hang two hand towels.

Liked: The location on a safe area of Napoli, full of bars and restaurants. You need to park the car at the recommended parking Quick Parking and cost 30 euro if you validate the ticket with the hotel staff, other wise it is more expensive. You have the possibility to have a coffee at the location and the staff it is offering you some snacks for free.
Disliked: The room it is old and need to be refurnished.
