One of the best places...

Liked: Really lovely b&b in the most beautiful vineyard countryside run by the loveliest couple. Our room was really comfortable and clean. We had homemade dinner and breakfast which were incredible and so was the local wine! Close to Sirmione for a day trip, all in all one of the best places we’ve stayed on our 3 week motorbike trip

Liked: great location for visiting the southern part of Lake Garda, Verona and Vallegio & Borgetto, very nice owners and comfortable and clean facilities. :)
Disliked: The room was too hot for our liking. We're used to sleeping in colder rooms, couldn't turn of the heating, but I guess some guests like it warm and cozy. :) So not really a minus. :)

Disliked: - Though it is called a bed & breakfast, they refused to offer breakfast, even upon payment. Some implausible explanation was attempted, in that we would have to book in advance. Really? For coffee and some bread and jam? A b&b out in the country...They said it was clearly mentioned on the Booking.com site, though it is not.- There was no hot water in the shower (room no. 1). Not in the evening, not in the morning. When we mentioned it on our way out, we were told we must have done something wrong (impossible: it was just a plain shower tap) and that we should have waited longer (impossible: we each took a full shower) and that "no-one else had ever complained". We did not appreciate being treated as fools.- Very remote location, there is nothing but vineyards, and some very annoying little insects picking our legs.- Very good well-priced restaurant (Santa Lucia) about 1km from there. We received inadequate road instructions. We walked, got lost among the olive trees, and ended up jumping fences to avoid a huge detour.- On a Saturday morning, we had set our alarm clock for 9 am. However, a repetitive buzzing sound AND a very regular, extremely loud thumping woke us up about an hour earlier. They were unbearable, in that they never stopped. A B&B out in the country... When we mentioned it on our way out, we were told that the neighbours were in their right to do works "as of 9 am".Not once did we hear "Sorry" about anything. The lady's rudeness was appalling. Such behaviour is incompatible with the hospitality industry.
