Disliked: We booked Bed + Art on Booking.com, expecting a unique, boutique hotel experience with a funky vibe. Instead, we arrived to find a very different situation, leading to a deeply disappointing experience. The “hotel” was actually part of a commercial building in a residential area, with a noticeable odor throughout. When we finally entered the main area, we were immediately greeted by a bad odor smell, and giving off an eerie, almost haunted atmosphere. This sense only intensified when we opened our room—it felt empty, uncomfortable, and unsettling, as though we were the only people there. The entire experience was unnerving. We contacted the owner but received no assistance. Their response was dismissive, saying that we had chosen this place and should just leave if we were unhappy. Furthermore, there were no lights in the hallways inside the common area, making it difficult to navigate, especially at night. In today’s age, sensor lights or LED lighting would have been a simple solution for basic safety. Due to the poor conditions, we had to book another hotel, as reflected in our booking history. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing, and we suggest they should warn the customers that the place is very very dark and expect bad odor.

Disliked: The check in time should be written more clearly in the description. Wouldn't have chosen it if saw earlier about extra fee for late check-in which is remote (no people around). The bed and floors were very loud and would make noise from smallest movement.
