A motel in the city

Liked: I wanted to be in the Castro, and I would need a car--so a motel was perfect. Beck's was clean, quiet, and roomy enough for my needs. Parking was a squeeze sometimes, and I think I dinged my rental on a gate or wall or something, but in such a tightly packed city as SF, that's to be expected

this stay was very pleasant...

Liked: LOVED the location everything was just a walk away! the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom mirror and lightening was great! front desk was very helpful with any needs.
Disliked: our room was under the stairs entrance so we always heard anyone opening the door at any time or when they would just let the door slam and close. the bathroom door is a sliding door and my partner got stuck twice and couldn't open the door herself but I was able to open. both these things are minor, NOT enough for us to never stay again.

Great stay in San Francisco

Liked: Nice neighbourhood and close to the tram. Loved the hike up to Corona Heights nearby. Fun bar next to the hotel as well. Especially the bathroom was nice and good that the shower is seperated from the washbasin.
Disliked: Keep in mind that the rooms can feel a bit crowded with 4. The door is pretty thin so best to bring ear plugs. Parking is free but can be very narrow.

Cool expérience for a short...

Liked: Everything was exactly like on the picture, the neighborhood was nice, the people friendly and the sushi restaurant, just across the bvd, very genuine and unique.
Disliked: There was a giant goofy coffee machine or whatever dying animal under our room that made horrible noises until quite late on the evening and start over early….

Liked: This facility was clean, comfortable, and had all of the basic amenities. It was a good value for a San Francisco Motor Lodge.
Disliked: Parking was difficult, but it was a busy Saturday in San Francisco, and we arrived fairly late.

Liked: Property was in a great location and clean. We were traveling with our baby and they provided a pack and play. They also had a space heater and hot water kettle available which was appreciated.
Disliked: We stayed over a long weekend so prices were astronomical, but that’s to be expected. We had the do not disturb sign out and our room got service which didn’t give us a good sense of security. When I reported this to the woman at the front desk she just said sorry and that’s it.
