It felt like a home...

Liked: The location is amazing just off Sloane Square and it feels like you are staying with friends who own a townhouse. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. In partifular the nighty Sonja and the two receptionists Louis and Gareth.
Disliked: Annoyingly the fan in the bathroom was very noisy, thus I had to sleep in another room the first night and it could not be fixed, so I had to change rooms. However, Sonja was very kind and helpful (helped me pack, showed me different rooms).

Disliked: Not so keen on Japanese themed food but that’s just me . Was a little surprised the bar menu didn’t include sandwiches
