Liked: Comfy bed, great location.
Disliked: The photos in the Deluxe room indicated a bathroom with lots of light and space around the bathtub, when in reality the bathroom had no windows at all.

Liked: The homely ambiance, the cooperative staff, excellent room size, great breakfast, loved the Alice in Wonderland interior design theme

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend

Liked: Really quirky and well thought out decor. Location is great and room was so comfortable and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Shame we only had one night, we would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in Baden Baden.
Disliked: The only minor thing would be that the only hot food available at breakfast was eggs. Other than that the buffet was really good.

Liked: A 5 minute walk from the train station, staff super friendly, comfortable beds, breakfast menu, location just outside the center of Maastricht a 10 minute walk
Disliked: Nothing

Excellent service from the reception...

Liked: The staff at the reception were wonderful incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and solving logistical nightmares like repeatedly cancelled trains.They were calm snd efficient in solving the dilemna and I got home to Paris in good time
