Liked: Bed very comfortable and sheets were great. Tub was deep and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast is late at 8:30 am so we had to leave before it. Host got there as we were leaving though and gave us a muffin.

friendly staff, OK place but...

Liked: The place is cozy and functional. Staff are extremely friendly. Our room Oak is on the ground floor next to the kitchen so no stairs to climb, easy access to dining and living room. The room has another access to the back yard ( so if you have friends in the backyard cottage, it is easy communication). It is spacious enough, including the bathroom which has a huge bathtub, so no separate shower place ( you have to stand in the tub to shower but very spacious)
Disliked: Our main disappointment is breakfast: we selected this B&B for its excellent rating 9.7 on Breakfast, but found out that it has stopped serving hot breakfast from Jan 2025. Breakfast starts at 8:30 - a bit late for us but acceptable. However, from 5 pm - 8:30, there is no on site staff. You can message issues ( for us, one day there was no hot water in shower; another day no electricity connection to coffee machine), we messaged the manager but they could only respond during working hours. Not convenient as in other B&B we have stayed. The B&B is 15-20 min walk to downtown restaurants though it is very close (2-3 min walk) to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s .

Lovely Inn!

Liked: The inn was beautiful and our room was so comfy!Our room overlooked the garden but too early to be blooming. The hostess was lovely and shared a lot about the home especially about the hurricane.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the inn did not serve the complete breakfast but we fully understand why.
