Overall, my stay was good....

Liked: The property was beautiful. The room was nice in bed comfortable.
Disliked: The woman that checked me in was unpleasant and a bit snarky. The staff in the casino was sparse and not trained well in hospitality. There was one person on the floor that was quite cordial, but the staff behind the bar and the staff serving cocktails need some training. Not what I expected at an MGM accommodation.

Liked: Great view of the Gulf from room, beautiful lobby and public spaces, excellent fitness room, complimentary parking
Disliked: Not used to being in smoky rooms but realize it’s pretty common in casinos.
