Liked: Mr. Hawthorne at check-in epitomizes hospitality - gracious, efficient, & helpful. Dinner and bar service at Steakhouse was excellent. Cocktail service at bar on the front corner of casino was also exceptional. Stellar maid service. Comfy beds and coffee in room were appreciated. Miss the lovely art in the rooms and BR body lotion and soaps in the bathroom.

Expensive but nice.

Liked: Upgraded to a corner room. One view was of a wall and the other was of a parking lot. Had to move to other rooms twice before a decent view.

Concert stay

Liked: We came into town to see the Chicago concert. The hotel was so fun and so clean the room was absolutely spotless. The bed was so comfortable and so were the pillows. I did not get any smoke smell in the room like I have at other casino hotels, the food left a lot to be desired, but we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again

Liked: The rooms were so pleasant and the bathrooms were awesome. Water pressure filled the deep tubs up in 3 minutes. Food was amazing, beds comfortable. It was great
