Excellent hotel and luxury. Staff...

Liked: Too much people. In the hotel they don’t have enough room to attend the number of people that they receive. A luxury hotel like this is unacceptable that you dont find seat to have breakfast
Disliked: They made the eve new year in the small bar where was placed kids and babies all of them sleeping in the coach and not place for the people.I suggest that if they want to celebrate this party is much better that they make in the big hallThe most boring new year eve in my lifeAlso is much better that they don’t make this kind of events

Liked: Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

Liked: Very friendly staff particularly Celestin. He made me feel at ease and was very helpful during the check-in process. Offered to take me on a tour of the hotel despite that I checked in well after midnight. He was kind and polite enough to check if I had settled well once I got to my room. I will certainly visit again
