Rude management. Filthy room because it was never cleaned.

Liked: The room was a good size. But it became dirty since no one cleaned it for the 3 days I was there.
Disliked: After I checked in I found out the hotel only cleans rooms every 4 days. I was staying there for 3 days, so it was not cleaned the whole time. There is nothing worse than coming back to a dirty messy room after a long day. I called the front desk to ask for an exception to the policy - after all, I was paying $ 300 a night. A very rude manager named Ruth told me it was a COVID policy that they had decided to keep ( obviously to save money) and there was nothing that could be done about it. She said I could go find another hotel and there would be no refund.
