Lovely friendly place.

Liked: Food was lovely,and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Peaceful nights stay in beautiful...

Liked: Dinner was lovely, reception and bar staff were very helpful. One of the quietest hotel stays we have had, no noise overnight. Bliss!
Disliked: Breakfast was chaotic, we were ‘greeted’ by an older lady at the door who wasn’t the most helpful, didn’t explain the service. Wrong food brought out to myself and both other tables beside me.

Overall was what I expected...

Disliked: Room key was a nuisance, on 4 occasions had to go to reception, unable to enter the rioom ( both rooms)Very dirty window sheer room 17Room 18 problem with safe.Also room 18 a problem with bathroom wash basin

Stay was pleasant, rooms however...

Liked: Breakfast was very good ,staff very helpful, and a pleasant are to dine in
Disliked: A little more varied menu , light bites or bar menu would have been nice

Liked: Very friendly staff especially Julie in the restaurant who is so friendly and remembered what we had for breakfast 10mths ago we come here at least 2-3 times a year for the reason all excellent….

Liked: Our stay was lovely, rooms spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room was really warm. Lighting wasn’t great especially for a woman applying makeup. Radiator in bathroom was very close to shower and extremely hot, if you were on the large size you would definitely catch yourself on it
