I don' know how this...

Liked: The staff are very attentive Dinner was fabulous
Disliked: Rooms slightly dated but spacious, had everything you need and very clean

Liked: The hotel has good facilities, including food service, which offers a reasonable choice of foods for all preferences.
Disliked: The room was freezing, clearly the expectation was for the guest to set preferences but even djust the zircon/heater to a temp didnt change the temp, towel rail not on, TV didn't work - least not with the remote.
