Pleasant helpful staff, good facilities,...

Liked: The hotel has good facilities, including food service, which offers a reasonable choice of foods for all preferences.
Disliked: The room was freezing, clearly the expectation was for the guest to set preferences but even djust the zircon/heater to a temp didnt change the temp, towel rail not on, TV didn't work - least not with the remote.

We stayed over after a...

Liked: Beautifully decorated downstairs very warm and cosy feel. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help.
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated. There was a strong smell of food in the corridor due to some leftover plates outside of a room. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Not a massive portion and coffee was barely warm.

Great stay

Liked: Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Helped me to make arrangements for NYE easily with a large party too. Food really nice.
