Exceptional

Liked: Nice clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit small. Perfect for a single but going to be too small for couple or more.

Good and comfy

Liked: It's proximity to Union square train station, China town, cable car. All within walking distance. Very convenient and lots of shops around.
Disliked: There is no Tea in the room and no kettle to make hot water.

Superb

Liked: Rooms, check in staff, porters ... Excellent service!
Disliked: The service at the restaurant was not prefessional. It was awful, some of the wait-staff need training.

Very good

Liked: Superb location. Close to everything. Easy check in. Staff are very helpful and friendly with good pizza recommendations. We celebrated our birthdays and they gave us a little treat. They also provided a cot for our baby.
Disliked: I hope the room is carpeted otherwise everything was good.

Liked: Excellent location and service. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive. We were allowed to store a bag in their luggage room as we will come back in 10 days. Saves us the trouble of lugging it around Mexico and Costa Rica. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Nothing in particular
