Nice Hotel close to beach

Liked: Nice Beach Hotel. Friendly staff. Good size room, beds were comfy. Close to beach, shopping and dining!
Disliked: We had some loud neighbors, parking is limited and tight, and fireplace didn't work.

Asked for a refund when...

Liked: Quiet location; south of downtown but walkable
Disliked: Fireplace didn’t work. Telephone didn’t work. Electrical plug broken. Moved to another room after a hassle with staff. Second room didn’t have television or a phone that worked. It is a safety issue to have non-working phones.

Sleepless in cayucos

Liked: We like the size of room and location was great..
Disliked: What we didn't like was that we heard every step that the upstairs guest was doing on the 1st night..the 2nd night we heard the TV blaring till 3am not sure why..

Liked: Super clean! Friendly staff. We got the suite, it was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a functional kitchen! Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Pet friendly, but $25 per pet per night is a bit much. Also, not enough grassy patches or pet relief areas, there's one spot behind the building that's a little difficult to find.
