Liked: The front staff was VERY helpful and so lovely to interact with. I really appreciated that. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the location was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: We weren't told on arrival that if you want your room serviced. You have a request this the night before. We used the laundry facility and after waiting for an hour and a half for the machine to operate we asked at reception and they said, Oh that machine doesn't work... So, for us, there was a lot we needed to be psychic to know about.

Disliked: Beds very uncomfortable..springs broken on box springs..mattress very slopey and uneven. Room very dated. Told the front desk..they said they could change the mattress which they apparently did, however it didn't make a difference. I guess they tried..

Liked: Loved the location, the pool area, the free breakfast, free parking. Great value for Cocoa Beach!

Liked: The best part of the hotel - inner yard with spacious heated pool and play games for kids. Room was clean and with enought space. It was close to the beach.
Disliked: Beakfast was crowded, not all the rooms have nice pool views.
