Disliked: Our experience at this property was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, we encountered numerous problems that significantly impacted our stay.Check-in was a frustrating ordeal. The address provided was incorrect, forcing us to wander two blocks to locate the correct property. To make matters worse, we then had to walk an additional ten minutes to reach our actual accommodation. This misleading information caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time.Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately struck by a strange, unpleasant odor, suggesting the unit had been unoccupied for an extended period. The overall cleanliness was subpar, falling well below expected standards for a rental property.Further inspection revealed more serious issues:1. We discovered mold inside the closet, which is not only unsightly but also poses potential health risks.2. Most alarmingly, we found a roach in the medicine cabinet, indicating a possible pest infestation.These problems raise significant concerns about the property's maintenance and hygiene standards. The presence of mold and pests is unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone one that guests are paying for.The combination of incorrect check-in information, poor cleanliness, mold, and pest issues made our stay extremely unpleasant. We cannot recommend this property to other travelers. The management needs to address these serious problems immediately to ensure future guests don't have similarly disappointing experiences.
