Horrible experience from start to...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Starting with the worse customer service. At reception you are met with extremely dismissive and snooty staff who lectured you about third party booking (meaning you dated to book via booking.com) and start bad mouthing the so called third party instead of picking up phones, using common sense to address request. It is clear this is a greed motivated business that cares absolutely nothing for the welfare of guests.
Disliked: The room was substandard. Hygiene not a word they are familiar with. The sheets seemed dirty. The bathroom had marks that look like suspicious. However even that was not as bad as the terrible customer service and experience we suffered.

Liked: The location was very close to the beach. Literally one block away. The staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: The location of check in was almost 10 blocks away from the location of the hotel. They don't offer complimentary transportation knowing guest are arriving from out of town with luggage. The unit has a full kitchen which didn't have the basic items needed to cook. They had to take cookware from another unit for us to use. However, we ended up buying a knife & spatula set ourselves. They had roaches in the cabinets and even in the dresser. There were spiders and geckos in the unit as well. Although staff came to spray we still had to buy Zevo bug spray. We stayed for 7days and on the third day is when cleaning services start. So we had to go buy our own cleaning products and supplies to sweep and mop the floors daily in order to not have sand throughout the unit. The walls had dirt and actual footprints from the previous guest that we cleaned ourselves. I don't know if they're under new management or owners. Sadly after coming to Beach Side about 5 to 6 times in 10 yrs this is our last time staying there.

Terrible! Impossible!

Disliked: The AC was broken and I slept in the hottest room for 2 nights. I tried to reach the front desk but they didn't do anything. There was no onsite staff and they made me wait in the day for 3 hours while checking on the possibility to change room. When I asked to cancel the remaining days, they simply refused. This is the worst holiday experience ever. Don't choose this hotel if you are expecting good service.

Disliked: They don’t clean the rooms, they are rude, they never bother to solve the problems and they don’t speak any English, except for the reception . The fact that they don’t clean the rooms is no joke. It is truly terrifying, even after complaining and receiving the promise that the next day they will come by, they still didn’t.
