Not Pet friendly $83 pet...

Liked: I wouldn’t let my ex- mother-in-law sleep on such an uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows
Disliked: Not Pet friendly, pet fee was more then the room, 90% tile floors,so explain to me why $83, Bookings did not disclose that so big surprise when I got to the check in. Terrible

Liked: good location, not high price, no smoking in the hotel, only in a specially designated area, there is a fairly tasty breakfast.
Disliked: the premises are quite old and need renovation, but it was clean. there is not enough ventilation in the room

Owner and Staff Need To...

Liked: The location was pretty great. Proximity to ocean, good restaurants, and cruise port was excellent. It served its purpose for a 1 night stay.
Disliked: 1) the desk clerk really looked at my disabled self and still chose to give us one of the furthest rooms from the front, even though I saw plenty of closer rooms available on our journey to the back of the hotel. I cannot walk for long periods. Staff clearly does zero observation of their guests nor attempts to be remotely logical with their customer service. 2) no vending machines. We were told to got to Krogers next door with straight faces. 3) bathtubs are a death trap. Tub bottoms are not slip resistant nor were there grab bars. 100% not ADA compliant even in the least. 4) carpet in room was strangely moist and the room smelled mildewy. 5) the hygiene amenities provided were completely scentless and in communal bottles, meaning they were used by anyone else staying in that room rather than changed out per guest change.

Liked: I loved the location. It was very convenient to where the competition was held. Our room was clean just uncomfortable. The bed was hard. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The mattress was so hard, I did not sleep well. There was a broken elevator by our room so we had to walk all the way to the other elevator and I have bad back and hips. The stairs that would have been shorter and closer to our room were shut off as well. This was very inconvenient.
