Liked: Location of hotel is in prime spot for beach goers.
Disliked: Room was super dirty. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the fridge was rusty and not cleaned and the blinds had bleach stains.

Liked: Convenient to many other locations
Disliked: The heater on the heater / air conditioner did not work so the room was cold at night, there was a little bit of mold around the bathtub area that could be cleaned up
