Wish we had a better...

Liked: Loved the view, loved the location.. Loved that there was beach access from our room, it was acceptable to most places around us that we enjoyed going to...
Disliked: would have loved the room and hot tub if it had been cleaned before arriving and checking in.. had to go ask front desk to have our room cleaned, also there wasn't any cable or Internet available and wasn't informed until I brought it up that the 3 rooms above and below us were down and the property couldn't do anything about it ..

Cozy, affordable, and fantastic views.

Liked: I needed an affordable place to spend the night after deciding against a nighttime drive back home. I found Beachfront Manor on Booking.com, reserved a room, and had a great night. Room was very cozy and clean, with a small gas fireplace. In the morning, I was treated to the excellent ocean view from my room and enjoyed some time on the beach (crazy stairs, though.)
Disliked: The stairs down to the beach could have been lit somewhat better. Parking was a little confusing, as was locating the room. Otherwise, nothing to complain about and a great place to stay in Lincoln City.

Bad

Liked: New shower but no water pressure. 😕
Disliked: Reception in separate bldg. 2 queen beds squeezed into 2 rooms.not a single hangar! Only one hook in the bathroom.No closet. No table for computer work . Had to do computer work sitting on the toilet seat. Only one chair! Family has to balance food sitting on the bed. No black out curtain. Corridor light filter into room. Do not believe there is air conditioner as we have to use the only fan.Survived the sleepness night. Save your money, go elsewhere.

First impression ruined our stay

Disliked: The person that checked us in was very rude not helpful did not explain how to get to our room, never stayed there before and when I asked again she says out back I told you. It was 9thirty at night dark and foggy and we had no idea there was a building out back, I work in customer service and I would remove her from the schedule.

Bad

Liked: I made the reservations through booking and never never got to stay there because the property would not allow us to stay without my credit card that I used to book the room with through Booking.com. As I lost the card, they refused to give us a room so we were charged for a room and never got to stay.
