I’m incredibly highly highly disappointed....

Liked: Location, ocean front/ beach front, hot tub.
Disliked: Originally paid for beach front. Hot tub was broken and was upgraded for “free” because of that to a not a beach front. Lack of lighting around where our hotel door was from the outside that actually worked without constantly shutting on and off as you walk down a stairway in darkness. Spraining my ankle on the second to the last step because the light shut off as I stepped down and fell.

Disliked: They put us in a room that was being remodeled. We didn't have a sink and the lighting in the room was horrible. We love staying here but this time was garbage

Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: The room we booked said it would have a hot tub or a jacuzzi tub and it had a small shower barely big enough for two people. Most of the hotel was being renovated so there were a lot of rooms unavailable. If I would have known there was no hot tub or jacuzzi I would have booked a $50 room somewhere else instead of $219. My husband and I don’t get time away very often so it was a major let down to not get what the pictures and description showed.

Liked: Loved the view, loved the location.. Loved that there was beach access from our room, it was acceptable to most places around us that we enjoyed going to...
Disliked: would have loved the room and hot tub if it had been cleaned before arriving and checking in.. had to go ask front desk to have our room cleaned, also there wasn't any cable or Internet available and wasn't informed until I brought it up that the 3 rooms above and below us were down and the property couldn't do anything about it ..
