Liked: Johnny was very accommodating, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: A little noisy but not too bad.

Liked: I liked the area. It was super close to everything. The property manager was awesome—very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The parking lot was a tight squeeze.

Liked: Kathy was very welcoming. She escorted us to our room and showed us all the amenities. And assured if we needed anything that we could contact her. Very great stay. This is truly a hidden gem.

Price and location were key...

Liked: Breakfast not included.Location was perfect. A five minute walk to the Pismo Beach pier and to local restaurants. Very good staff support.
Disliked: Parking is likely the most concerning. It is off-street but a very tight spaces. A large vehicle would find parking very difficult.

great location but a 6 room renovated Motel 6 overlooking a dirt parking lot

Liked: A renovated Motel 6 that overlooks a dirt parking lot. The location is great in downtown Pismo and the rooms are updated and clean. I would much rather stay next door at the Inn At The Pier with ocean views. The Beachcomber shoud be half the price of the Inn At The Pier for what you get.

Great little hotel close to everything.

Liked: The room was comfortable and unique (it had an incredible looking fireplace/heater in the wall). The room had a kitchenette and plenty of room. It had been recently renovated. The hotel is 1-2 blocks from the beach and restaurants.
Disliked: The beds made noise when you moved on them, but was comfortable.
