Liked: Room was clean when we got to hotel and A/C had been turned on to cool the room.
Disliked: The sink was stopped up and had to be plunged which left stuff on the things around the sink. The shower had no pressure and we thought it was because of the time of day. However, if you flushed the toilet or turned on the sink you got better presure. No access for free wifi which is a standard item in most places we stay. The printer had no ink so we could not print boarding pass and had to do so at the airport, taking more of our time. The desk said they were waiting on corporate to get ink to them. I would think ink would be on hand at all times.

Liked: Elevator didn't work 90% of the time. Hard when you have an elderly parent climb 6 flights of stairs. Cleaning staff was always around but never had products on cart towels broom stand stuff. Power wash the sidewalk and pool area. was not well kept at all. Could have been better. 4 out of 10. I will spend the extra money to stay at a nice well kept hotel for sure if I return.

Disliked: The place was run down and not very clean. PICTURES DEFINITELY NEED TO BE UPDATED ONLINE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING AT ALL. Finding a parking spot was also an issue.
