The Best (and Quietest) Location...
Liked: + Best location by the beach out of the Shore House and the main Coronado Building. Even though it is an extension of Coronado Hotel, the rooms facing the beach were quieter and more pleasant+ We liked how it has it's own entrance, so checking in was quick+ We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade. The room was fantastic and spacious. + We had access to two pools, so overcrowding was never an issue+ House keeping called on the first day to make sure we were happy with the room's cleanliness. + Fireplace was a nice addition to the room
Disliked: It was a bit harder to contact front desk prior to our stay. We are use to communicating to hotels through emails or through this site's chat system (or through an app) but no one answered them. If you have any questions or requests before the stay, the only method is phone.

It is a beautiful and iconic hotel, some of the additional hidden fees and taxes are ridiculous.
Liked: Great hotel, great location. Staff is very pleasant.
Disliked: Hidden fees for everything. They should just be included in the price of the hotel. No preference for guests versus people just visiting for the day.
