Disliked: Elevator was a little bit scary, but not bad for over 100 years old.

Liked: I appreciate that the suite we booked was ready ahead of normal check-in time. It was very spacious for all three of us to move around. We had a great view of the beach across the street.
Disliked: After getting settled into the room we noticed there were tiny worm-like bugs on curtains and blankets. The bathroom needed some major repairs (sink was split in half and patched with glue, tub drain was chipped and rusted, the windows look like they all needed to be replaced as they had large patches of goop around the edging). There was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.The lobby area see.ed okay. I didn't spend any time there other than to checkin/checkout. The elevator wasn't working and the sign looked like it was there for a while.I think the owners just need to reinvest some money into updating and repairs and it could be as beautiful as it probably once was.
