Liked: Kitchen and balcony
Disliked: The layout not having the the cleaning automatically coming to room to clean and give new and clean towels. We had to troll our own luggage and things to our room.ok

Liked: The oceanfront view was perfect from the 10th floor.
Disliked: No water pressure, tv in the kitchen/living room area did not work, there are no real blankets just a very light cover, the kitchen/living room was crowded, the pull out couch was outdated and dirty, no broom, the ice machine on the 10th floor where our suite was did not work. The carpets leading to the room were disgusting

Liked: Staff was friendly, close to Broadway, several outdoor amenities.
Disliked: The room was not very clean and sofa bed very uncomfortable. The shower did not drain well. Parking deck needs to be two way traffic

Liked: I met up with my friend I haven't seen in 25 years and sat on the beach and played corn hole
Disliked: We were very disappointed. When we walked in the lobby smelt horrible. Floors were dirty. It was 9:00 am We asked if we could see the room (they said it was ready we would have to pay $50 extra if we wanted to check in early. Originally they gave us room 717 two bedroom ocean view. We went up and the room was disgusting, When opening up the door the smell nearly knocked us over. walls and doors were dirty bathrooms were gross. The ocean view you had to hang your head around the baloney to see the ocean and we were the last room so we were on the street. the floor tiles were cracked and broken and the furniture was smelly and dingy. When I walked in the room my skin started to burn, I am highly allergic to mold . . When I went to the front desk to let them know how disappointed I was and pointed out my fact was cherry red. The girl told me that there was nothing she could do because I booked it through booking.com We paid over $1100.00 for two days. When I made the booking I let them know we were celebrating my 60 birthday I could get a hold of Booking.com I went back and she was able to come up with room 515 which was much better They didn't have a full set of dishes and silverware was thrown into a dirty drawer were gross I went to the Dollar Tree to purchases dishes and glasses . They charge you for a cleaning fee. These owners count on the facility to be maintained. Ten dollar a day parking fee they nickle and dime you.

Liked: Beach access was wonderful.
Disliked: We had asked for more towels for our room, we were told house keeping would bring some and didn't. The parking ramp was a pain to navigate and not a ton of space for passing a vehicle going the opposite direction.

Liked: the pools and beach super convenient. rooms had anything needed to cook meals for the week.
Disliked: floor leaked water the whole stay. had to constantly change out towels on the floor. Also was told I owed for the total amount of stay. I booked through you guys but paying through Affirm. Hugh issues checking in!!! They took over $700 out of .y checking account, returned it and now the have over a $700 hold on my checking account. I only approved them to do the $200 hold which didn't even happen!! I called the resort and they have yet to get back to me. Not happy.

Great price for the beauty...

Liked: Great vegetation and upkeep. Staff let us change to a king suite since they accidentally put us in a queen suite with no hassle.
Disliked: A little outdated in the room as far as appliances go and the parking garage was a little tight and they had the pools closed the whole time for the storm while the hotel next door had theirs open.
