I stay at thie location...

Liked: I love the property and all the improvements. Cost fits my retired income
Disliked: The people on a floor above me had an unruly large dog that ran and jumped all day long. It ruined my whole vacation.

Exceptional

The unit was very nice....

Liked: The location by was great. Right on the beach with everything near by.
Disliked: The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me get checked in very early in the morning.

Liked: Very clean facility with friendly staff. We enjoyed our room next to the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is always clean and maintained.

Nice stay

Liked: The bed was amazing, and the room was well sized for the price. The shower work great had good pressure for being on the 4 floor.
Disliked: I don't really have anything bad to say other than the toilet was right again the shink. The elevator was slow.

Great Budget Place to Stay

Liked: It was actually much better than I expected. The place was clean, well kept, and in a great location. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. The living room area was large, and it was great having two full bathrooms. If you want new and luxurious, this isn't the place for you. If you are realistic and can see an older hotel as "retro" rather than "old", then this is a great value. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Some small things would make a difference... a lamp on the nightstand in the smaller bedroom, using WD40 on the VERY squeaky bedroom doors, and outlet extenders in the bedrooms to make up for the lack of outlets.
