Liked: The reception was very nice to me. Changed my room to a two bed room without charging me.

Liked: I loved the warm shower and the room heater.
Disliked: My primary dissatisfaction was related to personal safety and the security of my belongings. Specifically, the front desk clerk attempting to open my locker without asking was concerning, and the lack of control over people accessing the premises—including individuals entering rooms and using beds during the night—compromised my sense of security. Furthermore, the disorder in shared spaces like the eating area, the missing clean sheets, and the unpleasant bed covers added to the discomfort. Suggestions for improvement include upgrading facilities to address maintenance issues, implementing stricter cleanliness protocols, and enhancing security measures, such as introducing controlled access with multiple secure doors.

Liked: The location is the ONLY good thing.
Disliked: When I went into the lobby it was like an asylum seeker place. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel safe to leave my suitcase and decided not to stay at all. This place is NOT a traveler/tourist hostel and should not even be on booking.com
