Liked: Be Poet Baixa is a great hotel, it's nicely done and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is good and the location is close to everything.

Liked: Perfect! The front desk was so friendly and helpful, and competent, with every question and concern. Customer service is their top priority! What was especially wonderful - being in a room overlooking the heavily trafficked Rua Augusta - the room was completely soundproof! We got an awesome night’s sleep. Absolutely will be staying here again.

Comfortable room close to many...

Liked: Close to many restaurants and a short walk to the water. A lot of shopping very close by. Room was comfortable and the Port and traditional pastry at reception was appreciated. Very friendly staff.

Modern and clean and great...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even surprised my wife with a birthday cake in our room.
Disliked: The bathroom had a weird smell but I realise you are in a city
