Liked: Location. Some staff. Female receptionist was lovely. One male receptionist thought it was acceptable to lock the front hotel door whilst he went to the bathroom. Couldn’t leave!Overall clean. And breakfast was OK.
Disliked: Value for money was shocking. €400 euros per night for a room barely big enough to accommodate the double bed. Desk was tiny and air conditioning was very basic and very low powered. Breakfast was OK. Not in line with room cost.

Disliked: AC WAS HORRIBLE, ROOM WAS VERY HOT. We did not have any control of thermostat.They would only give me and my partner ONE KEY FOR OUR ROOMWould only allow us ONE TOWEL PER DAY. SINCE AC WAS NOT WORKING WE HAD TO TAKE A FEW SHOWERS PER DAY AND USE OUR WET TOWELS :(THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANY ICE AVAILABLEFRUIT FLIES ALL OVER THE BREAKFAST BUFFET & FOOD QUALITY WAS POOR. HOT FOOD WAS COLD!NO BOTTLED WATER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASEOnly European electrical outlets available...no American adapters availableWhen asked for help with directions.....they handed us a map!STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, DID NOT WANT TO HONOR ANY OF OUR REQUESTSWHEN WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER REGARDING OUR CONCERNS, THEY SAID NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TALK WITH US. THEY SAID TO WRITE A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEB SITEWOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

Disliked: Don’t go here. Just stay away. Airconditioning is not working. The management hates the customers. Comes with stupid policies after checkin.

Liked: Very clean! I didn’t mess my room as I always want my room clean and in order but still the cleaning attendant made my sheets, towels and rags all clean! Close to everything and super convenient for walking. Highly recommended. I’m definitely coming back if I’m able!
