Good overall, except asking for...

Liked: The location is good, design overall and the cleaness of the room
Disliked: The receptionist asked for my credit card details, when I said why? He said that they need it and it is the same as booking does. I had to stay there and argue that this is my private information and I'm not going to share the details of my card. I already paid through booking and that should be enough.Hair dryer is on 1% of power.Had 2 one sized beds together, not 1 double size.

Liked: First of all the location is great. The staff members were very friendly and professional. Also they work 24h which was a plus for us since we travelled very early in the morning. We knew the room was small during booking so it didn't bother us. Also we loved the brekfast.
Disliked: Our room had some issues with humidity, maybe it's because of the recent floods in Barcrlona. Since we stayed at the hotel only to sleep and shower and were outside the whole day it was not a huge problem, and we didn't ask for a room change; but it was definitely noticeable and the only thing that was not satisfactory in an otherwise great hotel.

Liked: Location is fantastic, a few steps away from Plaça de Catalunya (with Aerobus stop just there). Lots of places around if you want to buy food or clothes or whatever. Perfect for a solo traveller (I felt very safe). The hotel is adorable, especially the breakfast area. Breakfast is delicious. Thanks to the lovely lady who handles it! My room smelled super clean when I got in and it was indeed super clean. I had a budget room, perfect for solo trip of a few days. Surprise: I had a terrace to myself! Bed very comfortable and pillows too (4 of them!!!). Bathroom big enough, shower great (with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner... and hair dryer of course). The room has a little functioning fridge, safe box, steam iron. There are sockets at the sides of the bed, for usb cables too. Tea, coffe, water cooker, bottle of water available. No key to get into the room, you'll get a code. It's great because you don't have to think about loosing key/card. Next time in Barcelona this will be again my cozy little nest.

Nice stay

Liked: Location was ideal, eixample is such a nice area. They have a very comfortable co-working space and offered a good breakfast spread for non-vegans.
Disliked: My room was in between two other rooms, that had very loud music and very loud conversations. Since it was a work trip, being kept awake till 2am was not great. The clerk at the reception was notified and handled the situation. It would have been nice to have vegan options, 15euros for coffee and toast felt underwhelming.
