Awful.

Disliked: When we arrived we tried 3 different rooms and all were filthy with the beds unmade, empty glasses, and drug paraphernalia scattered about. To make matters worse the hotel "booked me in" so I couldn't get my money back from booking.com.

Disappointing

Disliked: Front desk booked us into the wrong room and a woman answered our door when we tried to get in and had to go back down from the second floor and they don’t have an elevator so your walking up and down to the front desk. Also the hottub jets were not working and they had no towels available at the pool, they were all dirty.

Great place to stay while...

Liked: Alesha front desk was very good. Room was good,clean lots of hot water, fridge and microwave in room. Restraunt(Breakfast included ) was fast , hot, tastie, hostess was friendly polite and fast....They have plug ins for vehicles, Our weather was cold at-35C.
Disliked: Everything was good while staying at BCIInns. LLoydminster

Comfortable for one night, but...

Liked: LOVED the breakfast and the staff at Rusty’s. Beds were comfortable for one person. It was nice to have a pool and water slide for the kids.
Disliked: The bathroom didn’t feel clean because the mirrors and floors hadn’t been cleaned well. The beds were very small for 2 people. The bedding could use an update, as the comforter was old and too big so it was hanging on the floor and didn’t feel fresh.
