Super convenient and great value.

Liked: What a fab place, central to all the main areas and great value for money. Its a family run business which they have had for along time and they are extremely polite and efficient. The room was massive with a lounge area, a huge bathroom and a massive very comfy bed. The breakfast was fresh, substantial and tasty. Very much a well run business along with its warm and cosy restaurant.
Disliked: A little noisy so take earplugs but you are in the centre of all attractions so would expect that.

Disliked: Bathroom needed upgrade. Mould on shower curtains. Toilet awkward to sit on for a tall person. Ie had to sit sideways.

Liked: Very nice personel very helpful, very close to the city centre - perfect location!!! Big positive was a possibility to reserve a parking place. Spacious room - very clean - very delicious breakfast!!! It was a great pleasure!
Disliked: Some sound during the night most probably fromthe radiator - not sure if that was the reason that radiator were on

Liked: The location was amazing. Right in the markt plein.Breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly.
Disliked: There's no hotel reception as it's a house and converted to a hotel. The fire alarm broke on the new year at 4 am (luckily it was a false alarm), it was so loud that it woke up everyone and we were not able to reach the owner until after 20 minutes or so. No one was able to turn the alarm off until the fire department and the police came and stopped it.

Liked: Everyone can tell the location is perfect; but the atmosphere and the dedication of owners and staff were extraordinary. We will definitely return to Brugges but only if we can book a room at Verdi!
Disliked: The weather in December in Brugges; but that wasn't a problem at all.

Disliked: There was noise on the Friday night from a nearby bar, but obviously you would expect a certain level of noise due to the central location and this is not anything controllable by the hotel
