Very good

Liked: The water in the shower was nice and hot. The AC worked well. We were able to check in at 1150 am. The building was secure. There is an elevator. Just be aware landlord does not speak English so use Google translate if you can't speak Italian. Room had access to balcony.
Disliked: A long walk from train/bus station. We did take the tram. Glad for breakfast that was made available in common kitchen. All packaged items. Coffee and tea available to make. Limited cooking utensils but close to cafes.
