Liked: I recommend it to everyone. Communication, reception, attention, order, cleanliness, accommodation, location, everything is excellent. The staff is perfect, always in touch and ready to help. Everything is perfect.

Quiet spacious gem in Florence

Liked: Super location, amazing host, lovely room with beautiful ceiling. Will visit again!

Liked: Very nice place and conveniently located. Marco is super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room is comfortable but for light sleepers can be a little noisy because it's got a window opening to the street plus the sounds of doors opening and closing, people walking up and down stairs and creaking floorboards can be quite loud.

Great location at reasonable cost...

Liked: Location, primarily. Room was very nice. Breakfast is taken at an excellent Pasteleria just across the street. Superfriendly and helpful host. This was our first time in Florence, and due to the hardcore-sightseeing and the cultural overkill you get in this city we could not enjoy the room as much as we should have...
Disliked: A small table and two chairs on the courtyard "terrace" would have been nice, all else was fine.

Nice neighborhood!

Liked: it was a great location. Host Marco was very helpful. It was our first night in Italy before driving to Tuscany. A little run down but would recommend and stay again.
