Disappointing

Liked: Room in the picture was totally different from the reality. It was not clean and not comfortable. The door makes noise through out the night.
Disliked: The location is convenient from milano centerale.it is only 10 minutes ride by bus. The person at the counter was helpful.

Liked: We enjoyed that it was close to the M5 metro line into town, close to some cafes, restaurants and supermarket.Room was supplied with soap and shampoo and cleaned each day. Breakfast was great and available from 7:30am with 24/7 manned reception.
Disliked: Shower head holder was broken and sprayed water throughout the bathroom.We were asked to return our key every time we left the hotel even for a short walk which was quite unusual.Stairs with no lift. We were on the 3rd level however no issues for us. Unfortunately day receptionist which we assumed was the owner was quite grumpy and not approachable. One of the evening workers however was so lovely and kind!

Disliked: The first receptionist during checkin was not friendly. The receptionist during checkout in morning was friendly.
