Disliked: Not very clean. 225 euro per night is quite expensive. Therefore you expect more.

Liked: Great stay. Tommaso checked us in, was extremely helpful and informative. He also ensured that we didn't miss out on our breakfast on day two when we were leaving early for a Tuscany tour.
Disliked: There was an air freshener in the room that had quite a strong sent.

Liked: location, style of room, facilities in room, value for money, ease of check in and helpful host

Location and property were good...

Liked: The room was nice, plenty of room with a deck to the inside courtyard. The weather was rather wet so we didn't use it. The stairs going to the room were a bit of a surprise as all other rooms were on the ground floor. The location was good as away from the busy areas and plenty of good places to eat close by.Lorenzo was a great help with anything that we asked.
Disliked: The placement of our room is through the office where people go to use the coffee machine so it was a bit noisy later at night when people were using it. We were supposed to get breakfast but we think some other guest may have taken ours but when I told Lorenzo he made good and gave us a ticket to go to a cafe close by for breakfast, which was really good and very thoughtful.

Liked: My husband and I really appreciated a peaceful and clean place to stay so close to so many attractions in Florence. If you want to explore other places there is a train station nearby. Breakfast being offered daily and help getting a taxi service for airport transfers were a huge bonus. Thank you!
