Liked: 5 min walking distance to the station. huge new bathroom with great attention to detail. place made you feel like your at home.
Disliked: a bit of a walk into the town center. apparently bologna isn't the safest to walk around at night but I had no problem.

Liked: Perfect location. A pleasant 15 min walk to the old town/plaza. Great breakfast that was served in the little cafe in the first floor of the building. Wonderful, gracious host! Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: This is a really well-equipped and comfortable room close to the station. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and travel guides (in Italian and English). Highly recommend.
