Fantastic stay in a top...

Liked: Excellent location, close to everything to visit and see. Delicious breakfast with a view, service was top. Friendly staff, helpful. Comfortable room with a good bed. 2 minor improvements could be to have an internet TV allowing streaming and better Wifi in the room.

Perfect location, attentive staff and...

Liked: Location: excellent! In the heart of the city. Breakfast: amazing! Just in the square a few steps from the hotel. There were heaters too, as you are seated outside. Croissants, fresh orange juice, toast and a small bacon/egg sandwich too. Staff: very attentive and messaged well on WhatsApp.
Disliked: We had a few mosquitos in the room, but the owners provided a plug-in which was thoughtful. Be mindful that there are steps up to the property and no lift. This was fine for us but best to be informed.

Liked: Location is perfect, the room was very nice, big and clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast served at Bar Perseo was superb !

Lovely stay! Clean and comfortable...

Liked: It was a lovely stay at the property, very neat and clean rooms and facilities. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting and would love to stay here again. I did tell them as well though, bfast is very Italian - coffee and croissants (mainly sweet) and not to our personal liking. It would have been better to have options there. Also given the 2 flights of stairs with the luggage up, it would be great if they could provide for some elevator for the luggage there.

Liked: everything about this cute B&B was awesome, Valentina at the front was the most kind and friendly. She found of that me and my partner were visiting Florence to see our wedding venue and later that day we had a little present from her congratulating us, which it was so thoughtful. thank you again, Valentina you were an amazing host!
