Not faultless but very, very...

Liked: Spotlessly clean and generous room services (water, snacks, fresh coffee and coffee maker). Massive and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Corridor areas are a little shabby and no direct access to parking. And no ready lift access from parking level.

Disliked: This hotel is very unfriendly to non-spanish speakers! For example, customers can give up room cleaning service in exchange for free breakfast, but this is only advertised in spanish, and the reception never took the time to explain this to customers. The soundproof is terrible. It's very difficult to find parking place nearby and the garage is very expensive.

Liked: Better rooms than the B&B Madrid Airport hotel.
Disliked: The evening check-in took more than 1/2 hour with insufficient reception person Ms.Jasmin. Thank god that there was not any other customer! Again it is unaccetable not to have at least one English news channel at the TV.
