overall clean and efficient.

Liked: breakfast was good. overall totally fine for what we needed. location was easy to get to by bus or a 15 minute walk.
Disliked: beds were a little hard. there is a cinema across the street but no stores or restaurants really close.

Clean but unfriendly staff

Liked: Clean, new room
Disliked: Staff was unfriendly. The self check in panel from the lobby didn't work. We had to wait outside until the unfriendly staff was wake up. He was unfriendly also during the day, not just because he wake up because the check in didn't work.

I would stay again, clean...

Liked: Clean and newly refurbished room. Pets allowed is a plus Good location, walking distance to the city centre
Disliked: No fridge in the room

Enjoyable overnight stay

Liked: Good location to be able to walk into the town centre and other sights, fortress, bridge, etc. Friendly & efficient checkin, hotel car parking (6€); clean & comfortable room, and good choice at buffet breakfast. Enjoyed our first experience of B&B Hotels Group.
Disliked: Be better if provided free parking.
