Liked: The room had a very nice lay out. Staff was excellent. They responded to our every need. Sky window was very practical & during rain storms it closes automatically.
Disliked: The room only had one window, we were dependent on the AC.

Liked: Reception staff (Martina, Giada and one more lady) are very efficient communicators, kind and utterly service-minded, many thanks! The hotel's location is superb for the transit travellers, literally 5 min walk from the Central railway station and Coach Terminal, 15 min easy walk to Piazza dell Ponterosso (centre).I was advised in advance that my single room has a roof window, thus given the opportunity to upgrade if wanted (adequate for just one overnight) - I much appreciated this pro-activity!
