Liked: The staff in the reception was friendly and welcoming. Overall clean and well maintained
Disliked: The attitude of the staff in the dinning area during our breakfast time was not polite

Liked: The room could have been bigger. The hotel is near Bauhnoff i.e the main Bus stand and Railway station. So it's convenient.
Disliked: The size of the room could have been bigger.

I would stop again if...

Liked: Close to the city centre, not the best street but perfectly OK. Everything we needed for a single night stopover with plenty of private parking at the back
Disliked: We would have stopped a second night as we liked Trier but the price had doubled which would have been too much for what it is so we moved onto a small apartment a short distance away

Liked: Clean room, easy to find, easy parking, very friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Insane there is no train exit on that side of the track. You could literally throw a stone at the hotel from the platform but it is a 15 minute walk away up and down the track
