Excellent value for money

Liked: Good parking. Hotel is next to an excellent shopping Centre and 15. Minutes walk into Rouen Centre. Excellent breakfast for €11.5

Liked: Great location although outside is really dodgy in the evening. Relatively clean but outdated.
Disliked: Did not feel very safe, a lot of suspicious people in the hotel. There was people partying in the hotel until early morning, being very loud, people running in the corridor at 1-3am. There was nothing done to ensure other guests have a relaxing and quiet stay - I could not sleep all night because of this. Unclear information about parking and payment. One receptionist tried to charge us for parking whilst the other said parking was free the next day (and it was free so I am assuming we were almost scammed for 6 € the day before). Other than that staff was quite kind and helpful, especially the lady in the reception.

Liked: Location is a bit far from the city center.
Disliked: No amenities in the room. No phone, no hairdryer, no coffee machine. Just a bed and a small table with a QR code to reach reception. The staff hardly spoke English; they had to use their phones to translate.

Thankful that B&B Hotel Rouen...

Liked: The staff were so nice. My brother and were coming in quite late at night and trying to find the parking is difficult. My brother was quite ill the next day and had to stay in the hotel for another day, unexpectedly. They were all very accommodating, I was so appreciative. It is a great location.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything except trying to find it late at night. That’s not the B&B fault, the maps need fixed.
