Liked: The staff were polite & friendly, the establishment was clean & tidy
Disliked: We only stayed one night, the only thing I found was the toilet/shower room was rather a tight squeeze

Disliked: Manager at the reception at 20p.m said that the restaurant is closed. When we asked "why? if the schedule is different " The answer was something like "just because it will work tomorrow ". But the door to the restaurant was open, and lights were on.The floor in the room was a bit wet and cold without carpet.In the bathroom there were no hairdryer .

Disliked: We payed for the hotel accommodation but we never been their because we have trouble about our car.Because before you go the the Rouen city you need to buy special sticker to travel with in the city. 2 day before you came.We already in the city of ROUEN before we notice that we need special sticker.Even where already their we need to leave city because we had no sticker.
