Liked: The hotel's location is close to the city center. The bed is comfortable.The room's thermal insulation is excellent, as the outside weather is very cold.
Disliked: The room is relatively small and the rest I did not expect more from a budget hotel.

Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms.Great location - just a 3-minute walk from tube station (metro).
Disliked: We booked and checked in really late with two children. I understand that there is only one member of staff working at night, but he was pioritising other customers coming after us. Although we were in the queue ahead of them, he would serve them first as their queries were quicker to deal with. This made our check-in even slower as it took him a while to get back to where he left. Quite irritating since a 4yo was sleeping on my husband, and there was nowhere to sit down. Breakfast is okay, it didn't seem to have fresh pastry (rohliky).

Liked: The location is great, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is a parking garage in the hotel. Breakfast is good. In general, good value for money
Disliked: The breakfast room was a bit crowded but still we could enjoy our breakfast. The pillows were very small
