Disliked: The room was really small and un clean and staff wasn't speaking proper English and girl in the reseption was on call while talking to us and the other person on the phone. Area unsafe with tones of pick pocketers. Breakfast uncooked with love. Car park was 5 floors under very unsafe and dangerous.

Recommended for short stay

Liked: I stayed there for one night with family (2+2). Room was small, however this is exactly what I expected as it was very clear from the photos. We came 2 hours before check-in time but room was ready and they let us in. Staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. Hotel is 5min walk from metro station. It took us approx 45min to get to Eiffel Tower (that includes tube ride and walking). Beds were comfy. Big benefit for us was private carpark (10euro, no pre-booking required) as we came by car. Overall, I'd recommend for short stay, for longer it would be probably too small for family of 4. Next day we were off to Disneyland and stayed there.
Disliked: Room generally was clean, however there is space for improvement as big lumps of dust were on the bathroom ventilation pipe.Neighbourhood was a bit dodgy and shabby. We were with kids and came back to the hotel around 8pm, but I wouldn't feel comfortable to walk around at night.

Cozy and quiet.

Liked: Quiet and clean, cozy room; good elevators, near the metro. Direct bus connection to Bercy station.
Disliked: Only one chair in a double room. Not the best district, but one can come from the other metro station without going through it.
