Adequate but wouldn’t book again.

Liked: We were immediately apprehensive about what we had booked when we arrived. The area was grim with beggars outside a chicken shop on the corner and a lot of men just hanging around in the streets, rough sleepers and homeless people. We went to check in and staff were very welcoming and helpful and we arranged parking. The decent into the underground car park level -5 was a little daunting although the hotel car park level seemed secure once we had arrived. We had a room in the 5th floor and family had a room on the 9th. The 5th floor room didn’t have a very nice outlook, just a view of some grotty flats with filthy net curtains. The top floor had a bit of a view across rooftops. The rooms themselves are small but just about adequate. No kettle which would have been nice and just a single pillow per person but clean and with a comfortable mattress. Overall I thought it was pretty similar to an inner city travel lodge in the UK. With hindsight I feel it was expensive but the proximity to the metro was convenient to travel into central Paris for sightseeing. An Uber back from the Eiffel Tower to the hotel for 5 people at almost midnight was 40 Euros

Good Hotel, Bad location

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day which was very nice.
Disliked: The breakfast options were limited. The Hotel is unfortunately located in a bad neighbourhood.

Great staff and location, not...

Liked: The place was close to the metro and tramway, so it was very easy to get around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly
Disliked: The room took 2 days to be cleaned, and we stayed for 5 days, so this was literally half of our visit where the room was not serviced.. at some point, I had to chase them for clean towels.

Good price and good quality,...

Liked: Very close to the metro station, it was easy to get to the center of Paris
Disliked: The location was a bit shady. There were a lot of people on the street comming out the metro station trying to sell us things (maybe drugs). Nothing bad happened, we just kept walking and didn’t talk to anyone and it was fine.

Liked: the fact that we were checked into our room a couple of hours earlier.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was very smoky, as if it wasn't a hotel room but a smoking room, the smoke detector was wrapped in a bag.the day before departure a hotel employee came to us, a man in glasses, without introducing himself, began to demand that we immediately leave the room, although we had paid for everything. I had to go down to the reception desk, where another young lady tried to prove that I was wrong. as a result, after an hour of clarification, I managed to prove that I was right, but an hour later they came and asked me to pay extra for the room. this is a nightmare!
